Agreed. There were quite a few that gave a friendly wave, allowed time for me to put on whatever buffs I wanted (I did the same and Crystal Magic Weapon can eat it), then gave a polite bow at the end of a fight. Kudos to those people. The others can bite me.

I have no problem PVP-ing in the Bell Towers because that is part of the risk you run entering those areas; same with the Rat Covenant. Probably the most fun I had in the game was being a sun bro with my cleric character (mainly because I wanted to get the Sun Spear miracle). I LOVE helping people fight bosses because the pure jubilation with the gestures, after a fight is spectacular! I will continue doing that, but I am not keen on summoning guys…
