100% this. I’m holding out hope for a used 2021 in a couple more years myself as they got various small updates - and the beautiful Nori Green.

Agreed. Had the same reaction to seeing one for the first time.

I like my V8's uncorked.  Turbos add their own noise and actually act as somewhat of a muffler.  Compare a Mercedes TTV8 to an older AMG 63 and you’ll see what I mean.  Same with Audi that B7 S4 ringing at 8,000 RPM was something.

The Mercedes TTV8 sounds good in every product, whereas the Audi and BMW V8s sound pretty good in certain models (M and RS). But this car is truly gorgeous (I would prefer convertible).  For a fun weekend tourer this is unbeatable.

I really regret them not putting this engine in the GX and going full send.  Tune it for my down low torque and let it rip.

Well name any of the luxury brands that carry a reliable NA V8 anymore?  Pretty much everyone has gone to a twin turbo V8 that looks like a bag of snakes once you pull the plastic panel off.  No one makes regular ol’ V8 coupes that make V8 noises and have V8 reliability except for Lexus.

Here you have the look, feel and performance of a German luxury car without the maintenance headaches. What’s not to love?

Besides the obvious reliability argument, I would argue that it’s a more compelling vehicle than an 8-series, CLS, or other big luxury coupe. These things are truly stunning in person, and the high-revving, great-sounding NA V8 is long gone in all its competitors.

me too, was hard to find an unsullied one below 55k till i saw this.

The LC is one of those cars that looks amazing in person. Pictures can’t do it justice. It has significant road presence, an amazing naturally-aspirated V8 and is almost certainly a very comfy place to be.

I’m always looking at LC500s, definitely a NP.

NP. I watch these pretty close all the time.

It’s likely because compared to other luxury brands in its price range, they tend to be more reliable. Or at least perceived reliability compared to it’s German counterparts. I think out of the luxury car makers Lexus has the reputation of being less of a reliability nightmare compared to Audi, BWM or Mercedes.

The grille actually looks pretty good on these.

NP all the live long day.

That color looks great in person.  It’s a deep candy red.  These are great cars if you can get past the front grill.  Behind the wheel, you do quickly forget about what the grill looks like. Nice Price

Nice price for a gently used Grand Tourer that will stand the test of time.

That’s just what rich people do. Put their hobbies into a LLC and claim tax deductions on it.

Art= “herp derp I coulda done that myself” + “Yeah but you didn’t.”

I can’t muster up any outrage over this. Rich people are always going to exist and spent more money on fancy things than I’ll ever earn.
