I, too, find that anything medicated lime Carmex or some of the Burt's Bees is drying. This may actually make matters worse. Try Nivea in the blue tube. It's around $3.00. You would think I work for them or own stock, but I had read about them prior to their release in the US and I have been hooked ever since.
