Completely unsurprising. The conservative majority on the court didn’t want to figure out who leaked it because they know it was one of their own. Sure financial literacy education would be good, but we also need to shut down these sorts of predatory businesses and put the people behind them in prison. It doesn’t matter how much education you make available, allowing these companies to exist will ensure that desperate people will fall prey to their scams.

For me, the lesson here is we need to teach financial literacy in our public schools.
