Engadget had a post about a guy from pc perspectives who played the beta and said games like burnout and mass effect ran fine but first person shooters were unplayable.

@OrangeKnight: I really like being able to choose between punching a reporter in the face or blowing her mind but the end of the game still comes up basically the same. You may lose a couple people here or there but the collectors go down irregardless.

They are clearly different but the 360 version doesnt look bad i dont think. The only one that looks kind of bad is the one with lightning standing in the field especially compared to the ps3 version but if youre playing at home i dont think youre gonna care.

This game is really fun. If you got a psp you should try out the demo. Kind of another take on tower defense.

@develin: Yeah the basketball game is pretty damn lackluster. It looks 2 generations behind. Mlb the show on the other hand is leaps and bounds better than 2k. But id like to think that any type of competition would hopefully make madden a better game.

Terrible commercials this year overall. I dont think i got a good laugh out of any of them. Although last year i think they had the godawful sobe commercials.

I wouldnt pay attention too much to this sort of thing. Early rear covers for gta iv on the ps3 said 1-2 players, hinting at split screen multiplayer that never happened.
