Even if it wasnt homophobic (although it is frequently meant that way), can you at least agree it was a stupid and/or shitty thing to say that was probably better off left unvoiced? Do you believe it was used in a positive, complimentary manner? Yes, ‘You killed Jesus’ is made especially horriffic when considered in

There is no use of the phrase ‘Sausage Fest’ that is positive or complimentary, regardless of homophobic intent or not. The only exception to that is if you are talking about something you did in Germany with spaetzl and beer.

You can’t be this stupid. Chanting “sausage fest” towards an all-boys Catholic high school might be just a bit homophobic, eh?

Is the school all boys? if so, sausage fest is definitely homophobic.

lol this is considered hate speech? did the jews not kill jesus? how would that disparage or intimidate the jewish people?

I was actually wondering the same thing. I know “the Jews killed Jesus” was a contributing factor to, and used as justification for anti-Semitism, but to people in Catholic school it’s arguably just fact.

Honestly, this may be the dumbest, not actually anti-semetic thing I’ve heard in a long time. There are plenty of terrible, anti-semetic people out there who deserve derision. I really don’t think it’s necessary to invent some out of some dumb HS sports game chant.

Honestly, I thought Newton would have lost right from the tip off.

I guess I’ll have to watch “Bring It On” in slow motion again to research the proper response to the “Sausage Fest” cheer.

You’re a Browns fan, aren’t you? I mean only someone from Ohio can be so bitter about football.

Well I don't have any thoughts on RGIII, for what it's worth.
