You’re on a roll!
Ehhh that’s not a personal attack, it’s genuine sympathy.
Given that she used the descriptors ‘rich’ and ‘powerful,’ as opposed to, say, ‘prestigious,’ ‘beloved,’ or ‘Peabody-attending,’ yeah, the sarcasm was pretty obvious. And, y’know, it’s Jezebel.
i read ‘whoopi...producing oxygen’ and i was....so confused. is she suddenly a plant??? has she always been a plant???
I’m currently having this issue. My name is so popular that someone else at my college of 2000 people also had it. But I got the more obvious email because I enrolled 1st. So 3 years of knowing really awkward details of her life and forwarding on the emails to her.
corey feldman has been talking about this for years :(
Elijah, this was an incredibly brave and selfless act. Thank you.
*snort laughing*
I think it’s the idea that the female nudity is always really gratuitous and (with few exceptions) attractive—like, ooh, boobs are nice! Then they finally show a dick...and it’s in the context of checking it for an STD. Womp, womp...
Watched both of those shit movies so I could stare at him. That boy is unreal hot.
I assume there will have to be a tower of joy redux at some point so they can finally acknowledge how right we’ve all been about Jon Snow’s parentage.
I wasn’t going to click on the Kaley Cuoco link, then I clicked on it anyway. She makes me wonder what her occupation would be if the BBT hadn’t been successful. Would she be that one waitress at Friday’s or Applebee’s who flirts with the bartender and always talks about not wanting drama in her life, all the while…

I struggled to finish this post as well. I skimmed pretty much after the word “yass” down to the last paragraph. I feel like so many of these articles lately that are supposed to be perspectives on feminism end with some variation of “it is what it is.” It’s lazy and done intentionally to avoid taking a stance on…
Agreed. All girls high school attendees tend to become and stay involved in student leadership, extracurriculars, STEM clubs, etc. When there are no boys as competitors, distractions, or critics, girls are better off.
Same but all girls high school and then sorority. Women do not naturally feel an extreme desire to compete with each other over everything. That’s bullshit pushed on us by patriarchy. When you’re told there’s only one spot at the top marked “female”, you’re going to start acting like it.
Bears.
That last sentence really hit the nail on the head
