I know you don’t want advice, but let me just say - get yourself Authy or another cloud-syncing 2FA client. Google Auth is hot garbage precisely because it doesn’t sync to anything and you have to manually move all your logins to another app.

If 800,000 is the max, why does Fortnite have almost 830,000 members? From what I’ve looked up, it seems like you can just keep increasing your max member limit, but you’d need to submit an application for it with Discord. It’s weird that Genshin didn’t do this, and instead opted for a second server.

When it comes to unionizing, the workers at Activision have to have all the power right now, right? Like, if Activision goes through with preventing a union, are they going to just start firing everyone? That’s going to make this whole thing look even worse for them. And then, who’s going to make their games? Sure,

You can’t really compare a partial disassembly of the PS5 to install your M.2 drive (and this after all the other nonsense you have to go through to make sure you have the right drive) to the PS3 and PS4. On those older systems you just had to unscrew a couple screws, slide the drive out, replace the drive in the

Until there’s more evidence that can prove this game is killing these cards, the headline for this post is a big oof. I usually expect more from Kotaku and Fahey, even in these darker times for the site.

I believe FFXIV lets you change the size and scale of your UI. I know I changed a few things when my blind ass was sitting a bit too far from the screen. But yeah, small text and UIs in other games will probably be a problem if they aren’t optimized for all sizes and resolutions, or at least don’t include

I was pretty iffy on this thing until I saw it can probably do XIV. That game has such good game pad implementation that it would probably be perfect on this thing.

They should add a mini-game similar to the punching bag one in Smash, but instead of a punching bag you just beat the shit out of Drake Bell. Million seller right there.

It’s 2021, you should know by now ads are targeted based on browsing history. The same with search results. Keep this in mind before you reply to something one day about how a seemingly innocent search only brought up scat fetish results or something.

Yeah. I had to do the first three dungeons to progress the MSQ this weekend and was very nervous about it. I’ve grown wary of online games such as these over the years. Even Apex Legends was a big leap for me due to the forced 3-man squads. So doing dungeons where a mistake I made could ruin it for others really got

Are the screenshots in this post from the new Pixel Remasters? What about those are pixel remasters? They look like a kid colored in each sprite. I honestly thought those were screenshots from the previous releases that everyone hates.

If they do that, then they’ll just get a bunch of people bitching about how Square just released ROMs and used an existing emulator. There’s no winning for them.

This is Niantic, the company that started its rollback of pandemic-era features as early as September 2020, despite being located in California, a state that was literally covered by a thick layer of smoke as fires burned out of control. You literally could not go outside for very long, and they were still rolling

I redeemed the Prime copy too, and looking at both Orgin and EA Desktop, no DLC is included. They all have to be bought.

I’m still thinking about that Worms footage that looked like it was running below 20FPS. The Switch just really can’t keep up anymore. I worry that publishers and even Nintendo are going to start further embracing the cloud games on their system, which is just hot garbage. I can’t imagine anyone wanting to pay $60 for

Walmart pretty much discounts most, if not all, games by like $10. At least all the Switch games. The thing is, at least for Switch titles, they don’t usually sell it for that price online, nor do they tell you the in-store price is $10 cheaper. I think it’s how they manage to get away with it. It also makes it harder

Genshin Impact isn’t really a knock-off of anything though, unless being an open world fantasy game qualifies as a knock-off. I know it drew a lot of comparisons to Breath of the Wild before release, but once played those similarities are pretty much non-existent, other than being a pretty, vibrant open world.

Starlight is just a rhythm game. There’s no real plot to it, so it doesn’t really fall anywhere in the continuity. Just a cash-in, which might sound silly considering all the Persona spin-offs, but this one really has no purpose. Unless one is REALLY into those characters and the music, I’d recommend avoiding it

As a follow up to making your own amiibo tags, the iPhone is also capable of this. There’s a few apps on the app store - Placiibo, Amiiboss, and Amiibot - that can do the job. The first two are free downloads, but Placiibo is a trial, and requires weekly, monthly, yearly, or lifetime in-app purchases to use. Amiibot

Yeah, there are definitely good reasons to buy more than one, and if I had got an order to go through I would have given the duplicate to one of my sisters.
