I miss my peloton like I’d miss a friend. He’s been in lockup downstairs in the building gym once the city/county closed down gyms. I did the 90 day free trial of the app thinking that it couldn’t replace the bike. I’ve surprised myself. I do all the outdoor runs and walks, yoga, meditation, strength, and stretching.

This has stirred up all kinds of feelings in a local food group I am in (in CA). It’s not clear if the restaurants have to provide worker’s comp or insurance to their “workers.” Or exactly what kind of licensing and permitting they will need. What kind of taxes will they pay? Also, what about liquor licensing or

Someone did ask for a piece of ass but didn’t eat the tail.

We actually had four pieces and ate one a quarter until our 1 year anniversary. It was actually fine. We had no fondant and no figurines BUT what we REALLY should have saved was the head from armadillo groom’s cake and ate THAT.

It must have been the one that hit me...I was driving on the east bound 101 when I saw a tire come bounding over the center divider, bounce OVER the little Miata in front of me, and then hit my car. Fortunately, it was a direct hit to the hood or the windshield but it did damage the hell out of the driver’s side front

I still do that because I am going to have to sanitize my hands anyway so I grab the floating carts and organize the corral. Since they are sanitizing the carts, they have less time to run out and grab them constantly.  It’s not hard to put your cart in correctly.  Why not do it?

We always have a box of Kraft Mac & Cheese (or Kraft Dinner as Mr. Bailey calls it) in the pantry for an easy side or even meal.

Now playing

You didn’t dig very far back in the crates. Go back to Oaktown 357's Juicy Gotcha Crazy from 1989. I’m pretty sure I was bouncing to Juicy before these ladies were born.
Yeah, and that doesn’t make me cool; it just makes me old.

Mac & Cheesus

We actually really like BA. The pictures and numbered tasks were a win with my husband. We have been getting them for years now (since 2014). Some people complain that the recipes are too complicated but I don’t get that at all. We haven’t had too many duds. I also like being introduced to different spices or veggies

The electric kettle is my absolute favorite appliance. We got one after my husband almost burned our home down but leaving the kettle on the stove all day. I asked, “How did I live over 40 years of my life without this?”

Yeah, like I said, it may have just been a coincidence (although I was really out for the count on Saturday). I tossed our store bought onions because Kroger was saying to toss everything. Le sigh. Thank god I had a shallot for a recipe.

We received notice from Blue Apron to toss our onions. However, we had already eaten them. I had a few symptoms of Salmonella starting last Friday so I am not sure if it was a coincidence or what.  We ate the BA meals Tues, Wed and Thurs.  The summer of good times continues!

Same here. I live in LA County and you know it’s crawling with the virus. However, since I work at home, always where a mask, and don’t participate in group gatherings, I wasn’t a good candidate, I guess.

My now passed on cat, Bailey was a fiend for celery.  If you opened the fridge and she could smell celery, she would go wild.  She would meown and paw at you.  I don’t know if she actually did more than chew on it and roll on it but, damn, she did love celery.

It’s funny that you mention liverwurst. I really like liverwurst sandwiches as a kid. I liked it with mayo on white bread.

That school was renamed in 2016. Two thousand sixteen.  Good god.  I can’t believe it took that long.

I ended up grabbing wine from Donati, AronHill, and Turley since those were some of our walking tour stops. (We were staying AT Turley). We usually stick to Santa Ynez/Los Olivos wines since that is where we always go but we wanted to branch out a bit. I look forward to our trip in March.
I ordered his Grenache Blanc,

I just checked and they list both Carmel and Paso as locations on the website. I just bought a 3 bottle pack to try them out. We were scheduled for trips to Paso in March and then August but was pushed to March 2021. I ordered some wines from the area in lieu of my visit and look forward to trying these!

I did this at my first time at sushi.  I was a 23 year old management trainee in the office with a bunch of seasoned sales people.  I thought it was avocado and put the whole ball on my first piece.  I thought I was going to die but was way too embarrassed to say anything or draw attention to myself.  I told friends
