Me too! And I’m annoyed at just about everyone.

I had never heard the part where he was kicked out of the store. That’s interesting.

Most of the pitches I see are from my former students who are in their early 20s. They make facebook groups and add you to them and then you begin to get 1000 notifications and have to open facebook and leave the stupid group.

While I truly believe a lot of it is fake, I can also believe that

On Watch What Happens Live, both Katie and Tom noted that she paid for the flowers which I thought was weird because they’ve lived together forever and were getting married so maybe make mutual decisions on big purchases.

She spent 15,000 on that dress? It’s so incredibly fugly. So, so bad. Things I could do with $15,000 - massive down payment on a new car, awesome vacations for a couple of years or buy a lot of books that are sitting in my amazon “saved for later” part of the cart because I’m too poor to buy them.

It is so high school senior picture.

They won’t. I thought they would but they wont. They live in a land of cognitive dissonance.

Both if those options. I’m going with both if those options

Oklahoma being a national embarrassment yet again.

I do let this show emotionally manipulate me and your summary was pretty spot on. I cried so much through the Memphis episode and the following one.

It was his brother Charlie but it was the best season.

I feel like the sole reason for this season was to get a black woman far enough into the season to cast her as the bachelorette. So, basically an almost season long promo for the bachelorette.

I saw the pic/story on twitter earlier and this was my first thought. Ewww.

One of the things I hate the most that I see on pinterest a lot is the meme that reads “I’m not in it for the income; I’m in it for the outcome.” I hate it because it pushes that thought that teachers are changing lives and isn’t that compensation enough. Blech.*

I generally don’t get sick so I don’t use my sick days. But I am gone for a handful of days with my students at various things. Some classes my sub plan is “they can work on whatever they want to work on but they’ll probably waste their valuable time and play on their phones.” But some classes have very detailed plans

I’ve stopped reading comments on the local articles about this because it is too disheartening. I do find some solace in the fact that i know that i’m a badass teacher and most of the people making comments about how teachers are lazy and overpaid wouldn’t last a week in my classroom.

I’m not disputing that some district pay teachers very well, especially teachers who have decades of experience and master’s degrees. But that is the exception, not the rule. And districts like to do wonky things with publicizing how much money they pay their teachers.

It’s too much work to be gone and now my district can’t afford to pay subs so other teachers cover on their plan or the P has to cover. I’d rather be here because I hate having to give up my plan to watch a class and I have a lot this year.

I really just like the feel of my legs when I shave. I have also been known to go awhile between shaves during the winter because I’m lazy.
