Democrats already shoot themselves in the foot over this and caused this situation by changing a 100 year old rule to push through nothing but liberal lower court judges.

I remember the fit the Republicans threw when Reid changed a 100 year old rule in order to push through every liberal lower court seating.

And most of that land was supposed to go back to the states, and the Federal Government changed it’s mind.
