For what it's worth, The Dark Knight is probably my favorite movie from the last decade.

The movie has some problems, and feels overstuffed at times (despite being nearly 3 hours long), but I liked it a lot. I have a feeling it will a) improve upon a rewatch, b) work much better seeing it in context with the other films in close proximity, and c) be very divisive among fans.

So, my friend got me into a press screening for The Dark Knight Rises today. I don't want to talk about my opinion of the movie until I see it again on Thursday (which I'm seeing as part of a marathon of Nolan's Batman at my mall), but I will say this: It's different than what many people may be expecting.
