magic eraser is amazing.  I’ve cleaned years of grime off of a 40 year old tile shower floor.  I once backed my dark colored car into a gutter downspout and had a nice white paint scratch on the car.  I said, “I’ll try the magic eraser on this, why not?”  Wiped that scratch right off, barely noticed it there.

Yeah, it’s odd.  I have gotten increases on all my other cards and opened brand new accounts with 20x the limit of my 25 year old card.  Since I have other cards, I haven’t really bothered to call and ask why directly.  

Utilities don’t want you to pay with a credit card because of the fees.  They could pass the fee on to you, but that probably defeats the purpose of someone using their “rewards” card to pay utility bills.  If there is a fee involved with a CC payment, I don’t pay with a CC unless it’s the only option.
