OPs post was anything but level headed. That's the whole reason I spoke up.

I know that Nintendo fell out of good favor with third parties back in the Nintendo 64 days.. being stubborn and sticking with cartridges when everyone else was going towards discs really hurt them. They've been known for having draconian practices going back to the NES days (only 2 titles could be published per year,

The Wii outsold the PS3 and 360 separately. It's the third highest selling home console of all time.

yeah.. your post does suck. I'm not a fanboy.. I just call it how I see it.. it sounds really snarky and like its coming from someone hating just to hate. It doesn't offer anything real.. for example.. point #5 can relate to 99% of the big games coming out lately.. its where the industry is as a whole. In regards to

I love the fact that "thug" is what comes out when a black guy is fired up in an interview IMMEDIATELY after making a play on a guy that helps send his team to the Super Bowl. He didn't curse, talk about physically harming someone or doing some petty crime. He was certainly over animated, but he called out a guy that

Is it too late to re-brand the Wii U? Relaunch it as Super Wii or Wii 2? I really don't understand how Nintendo didn't learn from the confusion that the name "3DS" caused consumers. Once you start adding words like lite, i, XL and whatever else to the end of your product names to signify a small difference, you can't

That's pretty cool being that arcade brawlers were my favorite games growing up. I wasn't much of a He-Man fan though... now if someone could make a Gargoyles beat em up that plays like one of Capcom's amazing 90's licensed arcade brawlers...

Yeah, I was coming to say the same thing. I still have yet to play some of the downloadable titles I was interested in sans Killer Instinct because all of them (Loco Cycle, Crimson Dragon, Halo Spartan Assault and Max and the Curse of Brotherhood) received really poor reviews.

Opinions. The PlayStation's games aged even more poorly. I loved the 64 and still consider it my favorite Nintendo console thus far. The Saturn/64 combo brought me the must fun times I've ever consistently had as a gamer (I didn't get a PS1 until 99, still wasn't a fan). I still enjoy many of those games to this day.

Yeah, her singles seem to do that, probably no coincidence that they're always my least favorite songs on the albums. I saw the video for tightrope and was like "meh," then I kept hearing a lot of buzz so I checked out the album. Ended up being my favorite of the year...

Why did Janelles sadden you?

Janelle Monae isn't pop at all to me. She's definitely more in the realm of Soul/Funk.

Yeah, the first game was on the Wii, then I think Msft bought the dev.

The Dreamcast died because Sega was a poorly managed company. It wasn't a failure, the upper brass at Sega was.

Yeah, its incorrectly thought of as a conjunction. "Could've"

Enslaved was dope... didn't like their take on DmC though.

I was a huge fan of KI as well growing up.. I like this game better than the previous ones. It has so much more depth.. I'm glad Rare didn't make it.. if they did, it'd have been a Kinect game. Rare has sucked for 10 years now.

Aren't hardcore fans of anything defensive? I'm pretty sure its across the board.

But yeah, it sounds like you played a demo of KI or something.. it has quite a bit of depth if you actually delve into it, and if you've played any kind of street fighter for more than 5 minutes before.. its pretty accessible. I had

This is dumb as hell.. its bad enough that the guy did a chump move by risking safety to other people (as well as themselves, but thats not first on my list). But dude seriously.. what do you have on? some Reeboks or something?
