Whoa... way too clean. I wanna eat dinner in there, but am afraid of making a mess.

Try making the steel and batteries from raw ores without emitting carbon. By the time you get your car, the pollution you would “save” by not burning fossil fuels is a mere fraction of a percent of what went into making it in the first place. At best, you’re not burning oil, but even if it did, it’s not as much as…
Refining those ores into useful metals does more damage to the environment than you could in your car spewing fumes over its entire lifetime. Tailings ponds do fail and all ores and refined metals are transported using oil, and assembled, and transported again... By the time you get your all…
The secret is to sneak these in while you’re in the midst of drinking alcohol. Every 3rd or 4th beer-ish, throw one of these down. It’ll help mitigate the dehydration that occurs with alcohol consumption. Coconut water also has the same effects.
Don’t quit it in a weird way. Don’t have 2 beers after work every day, that’s what I was doing. It sucks because I really enjoy it, but don’t like the results. Whereas I hate the gym, but love the results. I find myself doing what I hate now, so I can be happy later.
I still have beers when I have people over, but I go for the rum and Coke Zero (Aspartame, no sugar). Wine is another favorite. Tequilla too. Nothing is off limits, but be mindful of the refined sugars you’re consuming.
I have a theory about breads - it’s all the preservatives that are bad for you. Making my own breads for the last year, and having them weekly, but no belly developing. My suspicions are on the “preservatives” and other chemicals they use so the loaf lasts on the shelf. The stuff I make lasts a little over a week…
I wear my fit body proudly as something I have to constantly work away at. Do you think I enjoy going to the gym 3 times a week and hate drinking beer? Beer and wings are a treat, not part of the regular diet, but still come along once in a while. My dad had a belly and I had to do CPR on his lifeless body at age 18…
Smartphone, Bluetooth FM transmitter, Air vent phone dock for the car.
I keep my T-Mobile chip taped to the inside of my Galaxy S3’s back cover. Nearly impossible to lose or misplace now and the cover still snaps on with good lock.
Got mine a few months ago. If you’re also a software developer staring at screens all day, they’re a must. Got the PPK frame with Onyx lenses. Can’t complain. Nice and light.

Had to cut back on beers. Once I did that, the soggy midsection disappeared. The rest of the diet is lean meats, fruits and veg, and some flour carb for fun. Beer belly was a real thing for me.
Will give this a try on legs day next monday! Thanks!
I still rock machines on the reg, but ONLY after training with free weights. If I’m fatigued to the point that I may injure myself with bad form (yes, even much lighter weight than the regular set), I will switch to the machines to blast the last few muscle fibres that aren’t spaghetti yet.
That’s why I always use dumbells for any chest/back. Training to failure is a little more forgiving with them instead of the full bar and no spotter.
...forgot one big one that will draw a lot of raised eyebrows with beginners:
When a station that is part of my routine is in-use, I often find another way of doing the same exercise using cables, free weights, machine, ball, or body weight to change things up.
I’m on your team, same reasons. What happens when you have a problem with billing and you get double-billed, or a new “fee” shows up? They’ll argue, “Why did you pay it then?” This way, you can always say as soon as you fix the error, I will pay my bill. If it’s already paid, have fun navigating call centre people…
Heaphones one drives me nuts too. Spend the $30 on a Bluetooth FM transmitter. If you can afford the phone, you can afford the bluetooth device. Now, you can take your calls, listen to spotify, while watching traffic on Waze (I have a air vent dock to keep it hands free). My bluetooth device hangs on the visor, so to…
2003 Denali - you go in knowing it’s not cheap on gas. Safety is pretty good as long as you know you can’t corner at the speed of light in this thing without rolling it, same goes for stopping distance with all that extra mass.
