I’ve recently gotten back into animal crossing: new leaf after the amiibo update. When I realised that it had been so long since I had last played I forgot how nice it is without the stress of other games. Stop and smell the roses as it were.

The system has been confirmed to run on a custom version of Nvidia’s Tegra processor which is also what powers their own Shield products. The Shield controller has a touchpad and microphone built into it, so that may be a way with the Joy-Con base. Just a theory. I would guess that it would also be used for Amiibos…

While I wouldn’t dissuade them from releasing Destiny 2 on PC, in fact even though I don’t have a gaming PC at the moment worth speaking about I’d welcome it, I hope that they tread carefully. With mods and addons games can get shaken up quickly and the PvP scene could easily turn into a nightmare. Destiny already…

It should be noted that not all portals in ingress work that way. I work on a college campus that has 4 on it and not a cent out. Some businesses can do that but the majority are public spaces or art.

I hadn’t heard that, News like that disturbs me. That’s the overall problem with fandom is that they have a tendancy, like in many things, to produce people that go too far.

I think I came in around 300. I’ve tried to be patient and understanding to the point I’ve had people that there’s soemthing wrong with the fact that I’m not screaming in anger.

I can tell you that it feels enough like classic Mega Man to help the fact that there’s nothing new coming out of Capcom and different enough that you have to adjust (dashing is required to beat some enemies and all bosses.) It’s a blast to play.

The game got made, which is what a lot of us set out to do I would like to think. Now it can succeed or fail on it’s own merits.

I’m glad that the game will actually be a thing instead of some of those projects that ended up dead in the water. I’m studying game design in college so I would love to get to know what happened behind the scenes that caused so many issues. That being said, this marketing campaign isn’t helping it’s image any after…
