The truck driver’s yearbook photo:

This is like your dad telling you you can call his new wife mom.

All pink cars scream Barbie or Mary Kay to me.

Funny meme idea, but you could have picked a better picture. That’s the USS Cole after 17 sailors died, 39 injured.

E30, it’s the German equivalent of putting an LSx in a Fox body.

My ‘14 Focus ST (1 ST, because cheapskate, and I was worried I’d be too big for Recaros, and I prefer cloth) works great for picking up the kids (5&7), and they often request that we take the “fun” (twistier) way home from school, a bit slower than I take it alone, of course.

I know it’s not completely accurate, but close enough.

Agree. Mechanical connection is the only way to go for residential or commercial AC. Personally, I strip extra, pre-twist, trim, and then only use quality new wire nuts. I have taken soldered twisted junctions out that looked like the solder had remelted., and the tape around them had scorched. No thanks.

Well, I’m one of that September number, for my wife’s car. The Outback just makes sense as a family car. Wish there still was a Legacy wagon (or even a 2.5 GT), though. I would have bought a WRX for myself instead of a Focus ST last year too if they still offered a hatch, and used WRX’s are out of the question.

The tricycle in the frame is the saddest part... They have reproduced.

This car makes me happy every time I see it:

Check Taco's EBDB.

It does give you the VIN's. You then go Google the VIN and get the dealer, go to their website or call them. That's how I found my Focus ST. Got a pretty good price, too.

Check out the Bad Boy hunting golf carts. Ted Nugent approved.

OK, so what about air suspension? Seems like an easy workaround.

It's useful for engine braking on long downhills, especially with a trailer. Sucks that it only works in "L", with the lever pulled all the way back. Questionable ergonomic choice.

This new 4.3 is nothing like the one in your old S10. The displacement is the only thing they have in common. This new one produces about the same HP as a base application of the 3.6, like the Traverse, but has more TQ, and is substantially cheaper to produce, fix, and warranty. Sounds like a winner to me.

Anyone else really hate the way they sink in the fenders right over the flares on the GMC? They also do that on the Terrain. Even the subaru legacy has that, I just hate it.
