I was told that I have mitral and tricuspid regurgitation but that it was mild enough that I shouldn't have any symptoms. But I do. Which is worrisome. Do you have any of the classic symptoms? I just want to know whether it is common with regurgitation. Thanks!

Does anyone have any heart valve prolapse and regurgitation issues? I'd like to discuss symptoms. I'm being told that I have a mild case but I'm always out of breath and feel so tired all the time that I'm wondering if there is something else going on. Would love to chat with someone familiar with this.

Did you have any noticeable side effects?

I thought the same. The whole topic is petty foolishness.

I don't know why you bring up Oklahoma and your accent and coconuts and all the stuff you went on and on about. My point is that as a West Indian, I do not understand why my people are so eager to show tourists the poorest spots on the island. This irks me to no end. Would you go to NY and care to be taken to the

Completely off topic but I'd been having a shitty day and the comments on this thread were the best. I really needed that laugh.

This isn't to attack you in any way but damn. Yes, there is poverty everywhere. Even in the West. Jamaica is a middle income country, for heaven's sake.

Amen! I had the same experience when I moved to the US. I just couldn't understand where my African American friends were coming from with regard to racism.

Ah yes, pox hell. On my tongue, in my nose, under my fingernails. At least that means I won't get shingles, right? Glad I suffered for a good reason.

Because the answer to stereotyping is more stereotyping?

What about the first time you need to pee afterwards?

I do too. That's the pain that never goes away. 27 years later, something small will just break me down.

That pissed me off too. Why do people even give this woman the time of day?

Ah. I've been living under a rock. Thanks!

So where are the Presidents Bush?

Thank you for saying that.

I had a rocking party for my 30th birthday. I went back to my hometown and threw a lavish, catered, sit down dinner for all of my friends and family. I had a big cake and champagne toasts and celebrated the beginning of a new decade and the end of my difficult 20s.

The 30s have been awesome for me so far. I'm 31 and some of the insecurities and cluelessness of my 20s are long gone.

No. We only dated for a few months.

I think it's because it's a sort of cultural expectation here.
