BMW uses the same plastics and the same leather as VWs on the entry level models. The X1 has a lot more hard plastic than the HRV. Buying most base model bmws are not that great.

This x1 looks a lot better. But, BMW has to update the interior a bit more. That center stack looks out dated. Hell the HRV’s dash looks better and uses better materials.
