This happens to my PS4 and PS5 all the time, and it's extremely annoying. 

No it’s not, he just isn’t a gamer. My girlfriend’s mom had never even heard of Fortnite. And he’s obviously heard of GTA, he just didn’t realize it was a game for adults. Is this more widespread than the DualSense drift issues? I know there are more Switches that have been around longer, but my god I’ve had two PS5 controllers with serious drift problems after a year (so Sony won't fix them). Never happened to me on any other console.

Elder Scrolls Online is the most relaxing game ever. Need for Speed Heat was great too, got the platinum trophy only playing stoned (crashed a lot), but ESO is just so fucking relaxed to quest or fish in while having a bit of smokey smoke.

Not like a literal sequel, but if you listen to Mewtwo in Detective Pikachu he talks about the events of Mewtwo Strikes Back and how he's learned since then. And I'm pretty sure the facility he broke out of was the same one (although slightly fuzzy on that bit, haven't seen it since cinemas)
