Probably perfect as a second car, but not for a DD to chuck both kids into and get ice cream on a sunday afternoon and take the long way to the park.

How can you write this article and not mention F1's burgeoning YouTube channel? Since Bernie left there’s uploads almost daily, multiple times per day over the race weekend with highlights, on-board laps, driver interviews, and radio highlights like NASCAR, I’ve watched more F1 in the past three months than I have in…
Like just about any modern sport whether it’s NASCAR or MLB, the headline “omg look at this” stuff is usually pretty silly.
A guy I know recently bought one second hand (2015 iirc), he autocrosses it every chance he gets. Check out local SCCA results for the SS & SSP class, you might be able to go out and see someone beat the shit out of their GT3 and get out with a smile on their face. Hell if they’re friendly they might even let you…
That... doesn’t sound very possible unless it’s illegal gray market, there were no M5 wagons sold in the US to my knowledge. I mean, I wouldn’t put it past him but that kind of goes against his reformation. The only M5 touring that can be legally imported right now is an E34 (‘90s) which had an I6 that would be a…

Pearls before swine.
Eh, I sold my truck at 205k after owning it for 25k miles and 5 years, it just wasn’t being used after I bought a new car and I didn’t want to spend money to watch it sit and rot. I think that happens just as often as some knucklehead who is in over his head and afraid of repair bills on a shitbox.
Because it’s shortsighted, people don’t forget this kind of thing. It may not matter now, or in five years, or even ten. But burning bridges with employees and companies within the industry will sink Tesla in the end. And IMO SpaceX as well. There will come a day when Musk runs out of money to throw at problems…
You would absolutely have to take it to a smog referee if you wanted it to be legal. BUT if the engine is from a 2001+ car and retains all factory emissions and operating components there’s no reason it shouldn’t pass.
The bigger thing to note about the lap time is how they only barely squeaked by the Haas rookie driver. This is good indication that they’re on the way to a mid-field points finish (8th-10th), but not much else.
lmao, assuming wealth = talent
The closing laps of the 2011 Monaco GP were setting up to be the most exciting climax I’ve ever seen, Vettel in the lead with 40 lap old tires trying to stretch them to the end, Alonso on his tail with ~20 lap newer tires and Button hunting them down with even fresher tires. They were nose to tail to nose to tail…
I wouldn’t be so optimistic about the price, looks like the current Regal has a base price of $27k and the wagon has AWD and the uprated engine standard, I’d be surprised if the wagon MSRP was significantly less than $35k putting it out of reach for most of us leaving us stuck with the Golf as the only wagon option…
The problem here isn’t the driver or his fellow track-mates or the group running the event.
I said literally nothing about FWD vs. RWD. Whether it’s engine durability, brake-vectoring (terrible brake wear), undefeatable traction control, or suspension geometry (terrible tire wear), FWD vs. RWD is the least of your concerns if you care about driving a car hard and you are considering any of your proposed…
I love the base stereo they put in the ‘13, it’s a basic non-touchscreen unit that’s been hassle free for 4 years on mine. That should still be the default to prevent every review of this car from spending >10% on how crappy the budget touchscreen units are.
If you never ever plan on driving your car at 10/10ths, competing at an autox or attending a track day that is an excellent list that most people should consider instead of an 86. I would even agree that those are better daily drivers and more fun on public roads in safe scenarios.
I was about to say ‘that could be reasonable’ but then I caught that was a lease.
