I agree, I don't means she should tweeze the brow itself but there's a close up somewhere that shows how messy they are - she's got hairs growing practically on here eyelid, she just needs to clean them up a bit. And I say this as a lover of fat and not overly groomed brows.

Add tweezers too. She needs to groom that shit.

No, I don't think it's "definitely true". Unfortunately, she's probably fucked her case up irreversibly because of the existence of that deposition.

Yeah but she fucked herself over by making that deposition. And she's suing him in civil court, which means she has to provide sufficient proof to defend her accusations. It really doesn't matter at this point if it's true or not, when the only proof that judge is going to have on his hands is a deposition in which

I think Lennox was right and it sucks people are making her backtrack.

Serious question: What if the clueless parent (and their son) are also black? Does that make the add more, or less racist?

Hands off, Shrayber. McNulty's mine.

Look, I can see how people might think it's insensitive and even offensive but just like some girls use Halloween to let out their inner stripper, some people use Halloween to make light of serious incidents/issues, and that's their prerogative. Just don't take it personally because ultimately, it's not about you.

Halloween is also about monsters. And that includes real ones - past and present. That can be Genghis Khan, Hitler, Ike Turner, OJ Simpson, and yeah, Ray Rice. It doesn't mean that anyone who dresses up like these guys is endorsing or approving what they represent.

Did you see the part where I said it was an idiotic costume? All I'm saying is that every costume out there has the potential to offend someone or trigger someone, unless we all dress up as my little pony or something, and even then I'm sure at least one person would have reason to object to that.

Whatever happened to making your Halloween about what you want it to be, while letting others do the same and not letting their (granted, totally idiotic) costumes get in the way of your enjoyment? For a lot of people, any costume is fair game, even ones that might offend other people. Ultimately, it's just a costume

LOL By all means, feel free to think as little of me as I want, and to bask in the joy of your self-righteous indignation and judginess.

Brilliant, classy response.

You're right. He probably is a rapist and should be behind bars. However, the Cosby Show was still amazing and I will continue to appreciate it, regardless of what Cosby has done. The two aren't mutually exclusive.

And that's fine. As long as you let the rest of us enjoy Cosby and Polanski and Allen and whoever else you object to, that's fine. Live and let live, and all that.

Good for you. But that shouldn't stop the rest of us who can.

Lewis Carroll. So you can forget about watching or reading Alice in Wonderland ever again.

This. I just can't understand the logic (or rather, lack thereof) of people who don't get that great art transcends the artist and his/her personal choices and actions. Your example of Picasso is a great one: according to some of the "logic" displayed here, we should erase the work of one of the greatest artists of

,

Great art transcends the artist and his/her life and personality and mistakes. It's quite simply stupid to refuse to appreciate the art because you don't like the artist. Yes, that's harsh and judgemental but yes, I stand by my opinion.
