100% agree. The way Gamers give, uh, “feedback” can read a little hostile sometimes and I can see how a human dev on the receiving end of it might react in a human way. Not to say it’s okay, but I’m inclined to forgive a one-time incident. The community reaction to that patch has been completely insane and out of

LMAO. I almost have 100 hours. The patch is the first of many tweaks to get the game where they want. The true issue, which was even an issue before this is the spawning at higher difficulties. But sure you know better than the devs so go ahead and keep whining. If people don’t want any messing with the meta than

The dev totally didn’t say it the right way but he has a point. The fucking whiners about a balance patch in this game are insufferable. Its been out for like two weeks. Its not like they took away some weapon after two years. Of course they are gonna have to fix some shit once the players get their hands on it.

Would have been nice if the article actually included these characters, instead of just a bunch of links.

Ssssshhhhh!! I like the short TSA Pre lines.

Oh yeah? You get in the ring with Tyson and let us know how that goes for you. If Kotaku is still around by the time you get out of your coma that is.

Men Have Called Her Crazy will also be a good title for this comment section in a few hours.

Please read the bloody article. It only says the game is like GTA in how the open world setting can affect quests or freeplay.

A bunch of nominations and no wins is not a “snub.”

Which is why “best of” competitions in art are stupid

Biggest omission from this list: Children of Men

calling The Irishman “terrific” is a joke

Lol art and sports are subjective and objective, respectively. One is based on opinions and beliefs, the other on literal numbers required to be higher or lower than one another.

That’s a weird comparison. The Super Bowl isn’t subjective; you either score the most points or you don’t.

Who would have thought someone who specifies they use “he/she/they” pronouns would be a high maintenance pain in the ass?

Yes! And thank you for reading my book on the subject lol.

Dune 2 is a sequel of a reboot.

That miniseries was fantastic, I haven’t seen Part 2 yet but I did not compare Part 1 favorably to the miniseries.

For all its faults, the art direction in Lynch’s Dune was top notch. The right level of fever dream.

So does the SciFi Channel miniseries. I mean, it had great design ideas, they just didn’t have the budget necessary to really realize them properly, so in the end they look cheap. But they definitely had a vision there.
