Oh yeah 100%. As soon as they introduced the assassins as the “podcast guys who talk about gadgets that never work” I knew we were going to see one of those gadgets not working. Still a fun reveal.

This is why anyone involved in production (agents, managers, writers, showrunners, etc etc etc) does not read unsolicited material. Doesn’t matter if it’s fanfic or completely original. Any unsolicited material goes immediately into the circular file.

From people I know that have worked with him in various degrees: he’s a huge knob, especially to people he deems “lower” than him. Just an absolute dick to service people, PAs, runners, etc.

Here in LA there’s been a resurgence of the video store. I go to one weekly and Vidiots is about to reopen. I can only hope other places get hip to this and we get back to the good ol days.
