I'm getting Lazarus, Paper Girls, Velvet and WSOG. All killer no filler!

Your description of The Inhuman's woes typifies why I'm down to 2 Marvel books a month: constantly shifting creative teams, preoccupation with movie tie-ins, and above all the NEVER ENDING EVENT.

I can't wait to read this. Daytripper was one of my top books that year, just perfect, moving storytelling.

Did you feel this way before all the allegations?

Remember Denver quarterback Peyton Manning is making it look effortless out there.

I disagree. Playing a game I'm preoccupied by the goals, etc. Only occasionally will I take a moment and look at the gorgeous art direction and lighting. But as a spectator I can take all that in without immediately dying.

If you're playing on console, Hardline's pretty good and still in play, but BF4 is always going to be your meat & potatoes. Almost 2 years later it's a very, very different game than when they launched. The issues that plagued it the first 6 months have been cleaned up and DICE LA continue to tweak and balance it.

I don't understand the praise for this album.

Am I going to be the nit-picky asshole who says this recap needs another edit? Yes I am.

Would you prefer Jurassic Park with stop motion dinosaurs?

He played four lovely shows here in Toronto last month, along with Norman Blake. No new songs as far as I could tell.

Fucking nailed it.

Do you have a chiropractor? I'm not sure I believe what a 'subluxation' is, or how it works etc. But the positive effects are undeniable.

What about the much beloved 'Frances Ha'? Frances sounds like Beanpole's long lost twin. I think the excellent writing in Frances redeems what would otherwise be a ridiculous, infuriating person IRL.

Block & Tackle is easily my favourite column on the AVC. Please never stop (until the off-season, I suppose. You get my meaning).

I'd like to work in such a factory.

Chalk it up to puberty, and the fact his character's being given greater chunks of dialogue than he used to.

I'm reading Black Widow and Punisher, and until the most recent issues (which were *crossovers*) both books were at the top of my stack. Elektra is also good, I'm just not entirely sure where it's going yet.

Cool, thanks! Sounds right up my alley

Anybody read Zero? I'm usually into the spy genre, or at least the non superhero genres: Velvet, Thief of Thieves, The Activity.
