My exact argument over why DLC really isn't anything new, or bad. DLC is essentially Expansion Packs, except smaller. And because they're smaller, they cost less (or should cost less). And the only reason they can afford to make 'em smaller is because it's digital and there's no cost for producing disks and boxes.

I generally try to avoid them because they distract me from what's going on and I often miss stuff (why I don't watch subbed animes). But if I can't hear what they're saying, I'll resort to the subtitles.

Especially the thought that wishing such a bad fate on someone REALLY makes you such a better person overall.
