I had a similar issue with good ol' Uncle Worm in Physics class on my graphing calculator. You know what stopped that behavior? I deleted the game, removing the possibility of me playing it ever again (unless I re-installed it, but I'm too lazy).
I'm not sure graphics-whores really CARE what games are good or not, as they just care which look good or not.

Personally, it feels like the community could make a better version the the UT3 Dev Kit, and then just port all the sounds and voice clips. I might play it, I might not.
