Per megawatt, using the $410,000,000 figure...it's like spending over 55 billion dollars for a nuke plant. Green projects really just mean Greenback projects.

Seconded!

True, and you very well may be right. I suppose I didn't explain it well enough, but I'm with you. I can see that document to be an all-of-the-above kinda thing. I would love to read what he wrote..although I imagine that document is sitting in Tim's office wall safe right now.

This is not a serious declaration.. the declaration was signed just for the novelty of it. (I hope nobody believes this was a for-real customs form)

I wish iOS5 had better FB integration..screw Twitter.

Ha! You win.

Just because a court rules a particular way in no way makes it right. It may make it legal, but not 'right.' Ever heard of Plessy v Ferguson? Brown v BoE? What Jerry Brown has done by his inaction is inexcusable. In California of all places...

We will show the world that we are true to our world..(and take down NYSE.com for a whopping 2 minutes).

Simply put, this app is brilliant.

Those supply contracts are where Tim Cook's business genius lay. As for Steve's 4 year plan, I see it being more conceptual in nature.. stuff like where the iPad should go design wise, or the next big conceptual idea for iOS. I can see him leaving behind a challenge of sorts - challenging them to design a battery

California voters are so stupid. Gray, Arnold, and now Jerry (again). For a state that fancies themselves educated and politically 'with-it', they sure do elect moron after moron...and the Governor is just the tip of an iceberg of morons.

Does this qualify?

The first thing that came to my mind are the dust basins of Arrakis.

Yeah, I was about to post the same thing..bump iP5's screen up to an even 4" and I would be happy. My reasons for this are selfish though - it would give my fandroid friends one less thing to bitch to me about.

A flamebait-ish post every so often is just fine..hell, the title of the post practically invited it. Lighten up and don't be so sensitive, the comment wasn't that bad.

You can play the if game all you want..if so-and-so didn't do X, then nobody would've cared. Fact is, his comeback DID happen. In addition to putting PCs in the hands of ordinary people, his vision changed the entire landscape of personal/portable computing. Beyond that his vision and foresight also changed

Completely wrong. Steve got rich bringing the personal computer to the masses. Steve Jobs made that happen in conjunction with Woz's engineering skills..and that, my friend, makes you a visionary genius.

Only thing that'll hamper him is his height..waaay too short to play Steve.

The effects of cancer on Steve's body has to be taken into account, and you know Christian Bale would be committed to the role.
