It doesn’t need to be ground breaking but, after 20 odd seasons it does need a little refreshing.
It was great to see the three of them back on the TV however the show seemed a little off and 3 more seasons of the same thing might drag. They risk falling into the same trap as some of the later seasons of Top Gear.

TG’s incredible popularity in the UK was driven by non-car fans. It started out as a car entertainment show and morphed into an entertainment show that had cars. It became required family viewing for many non-car fans because they simply found it entertaining. Even my ‘almost 70 yr old’ MiL would sit down to watch…

That 2.0l engine is very underpowered. I sacrificed rowing my own for the 2.5 auto which has plenty of go.
Very nice, might have to stick with a CX-5 when my lease is up. They are economical, spacious and very fun to drive.

You got your BRM 16's the wrong way round. The V16 was used in the 50's and the H16 was used in the 60's
