Cant wait for that $4B to trickle down to my bill.
Just because you deleted it, doesn't mean they did. Doesn't prevent them from using your deleted pics. They own those. The only solace you get is that you wont have to see them because you deleted your account.
Did you just do what I think you did? If so, you are my hero.
Seriously? Because Apple admitted it openly. They used CarrierIQ to collect location data with AT&T. Oh...and its on this very blog. Maybe do a search before embarrassing yourself.
That isn't the point. So lets say that another 20% of people have upgraded to iOS5 that still leave 40% of iPhone users that use CarrierIQ. Stick to the point.
That flute sounds like shit.
Where is the iPhone on this list? This isnt an anti-Apple thing, this is a WTF with this incomplete list thing. Does this list only include current selling phones? If so, it would appear that CarrierIQ is not providing all the information they should. How hard is it to provide a complete list of every phone/os…

This is why they didnt want the Droids. Its a Jedi mind trick!
It looks as if you are asking me a question so Ill answer it. Yes.
I understand they can steal the phone and sell it. But unless they jailbreak it AND its used on a different network, won't the MAC Address (or whatever the wireless signal equivalent is) appear on the network as a stolen device?
My friends mom had an ancient computer that ran XP. I had fixed it for her 1000 times. Last Xmas, my friend bought her a brand new all in one Dell that ran Windows 7. It sat unused for months. Her mom had hired a tech guy to come back into her home, and setup her old computer in a side room so that she could still…
Dear AT&T,
Funny how this story is called "Watch the Creepy Software That May Be Spying On Your Phone" on Gawker.
