I was a marginal Everclear fan in the 90s (Heroin Girl was my jam, and I even went to a show that featured them, Soul Coughing, and Redman cause the 90s were fucking weird) but not a huge fan.

Still love that adaptation.

Well, remember that the burden of proof will be different here, as its a civil trial. The trial could very well result in a judgment that Smollet committed fraud, regardless of whether or not he has a criminal conviction for fraud. Which, is a victory for....someone?
