100% made things worse.  To be clear, not pointing a finger at him, but this is the way a lot of people react in cases like this if they are untrained.  In the industry I’m in, exiting an uncontrolled vehicle only makes things worse, whether intended or not.  In the case of emergency when operating heavy equipment,

I suspect mostly the latter, since we haven’t heard anything about the condition of the nephew despite the obvious fact that Renner failed to stop the PistenBully. Still, at least he had a good reason for his rash action.

Well this is horrifying and could have been so much worse. I wonder how much risk there was to the nephew or whether it's just one of those situations where you act on instinct and accidentally make things worse?

ironically, i thought this episode looked more like a videogame than anything. i laughed for a moment when i saw the boarded up hallway. not because i thought it was dumb or bad, but it was just so clearly videogame logic.

Doesn’t seem to be much circling tables excessively and doubling back on empty shelves in case they come across random screws or pills. Starting to doubt their commitment to the source material.

On the one hand, yeah, it’s a bit less believable that the fungus wouldn’t be spreading spores all over the place, given the real-world knowledge of how fungi work. On the other hand, if that were the case, it would be less believable that any humans survived the outbreak, much less the amount of people in the QZ. I love being around in 2022, when the HALLMARK CHANNEL is just a bit too woke for some. What a time!

Also Scrooged, and occasionally Lethal Weapon but your list is very good!

I was now years old when I learned Great American Family was a thing. This has no impact on my viewing habits.

The only holiday movies I recognize are:
* The Patrick Stewart version of A Christmas Carol
* The Muppet version of A Christmas Carol
* Die Hard
* That Alvin and the Chipmunks one that my son watched 1,109,483

How quickly we forget “Crack whore”, his response for worst job in America.
