I know people have been saying Gawker Media-G/O Media is going down the drain for at least 10 years, but the recent departures really were the death knell of these websites.

I can’t stand this ass, but that table is pretty cool. This is stuff that other random youtubers might do and I wouldn’t shit on them for it. There is more than enough reasons not to like Logan and his brother without this being part of the equation.

Whatever the job, it’s incredibly well-paid, judging by the houses/apartments these people can afford.

It’s not even close, as much as I hold Spider-Man 2 dear (I still think I'll like it better than Holland's latest), Spider-Verse is exceptional on like 20 different levels.

The “What’s up Danger” scene is a thing of pure, unadulterated beauty.

In my opinion Into The Spider-verse is the best by far, and quite possibly the best superhero movie ever made.  Great story and visually stunning, but above all just a joyous love letter for the source material that really gets at a spirit that none of the live action ones can touch.

Seriously. We’re getting to some pretty absurd demands about who can and should play characters.

Couldn’t agree more with Bardem on the casting controversy.  Glad he said that.

I mean... they added the original anime like two weeks before premiere.

I agree. I’m Canadian myself, but love almost every clip I’ve seen from his show, and it looks like the large majority of guests have a great time while on it.

There’s already a thread about it, of course.

I hope you’re aware of who Graham Norton is here Luke because you’re kicking a hornet’s nest.

Exactly!  It’s nothing to do with family leave, and not even about powerful political men.  It’s about 1 sibling putting his job and credibility at risk to protect an immediate family member.

Oh for fuck’s sake. Very few people would tell their brother to own his behaviour or seek counselling, or they might tell them to get counselling while ALSO doing everything in their power to help their brother not lose their job or go to jail. Especially when said brother’s fall from grace would also inevitably

Dear god, yes. Ex Machina is a great film and she is fucking brilliant in it. Without her, that movie doesn’t work. I’ve taught that film in so many classes and students always love it.

And it drives me nuts that THIS was the film Alicia Vikander won her Oscar for, when Ex Machina was...right...there!

people genuinely think the character is meant to be autistic.

I mean, I’m not even close to being Team Teigan here, but I mean what if they just really like the show? Is it really important for them to be thinking of the political undertones of it? Maybe I’m just at the point where I think asking everyone to be smart is too much.

There are many things one could criticize Teigen for, but throwing a party themed around the biggest television show of the year is not one of them.
