Yeah, that was obviously a swerve, as clearly rape is not the game the MiB is playing. On the other hand, he probably inflicted far worse psychological trauma on Dolores to get the answers he sought.

It's often frustrating when a TV Club reviewer clearly isn't enjoying a show but is stuck writing about it.

There were some pretty hilarious angles to cover anything too porny though.

Anyone who speaks with absolute certainty at this point is wrong.

And Radcliffe has a lightning bolt scar!

William and his buddy are from the company that owns Westworld. Ford mentioned the board had already sent representative(s) to evaluate things. I'm guessing one or both of them is involved there. William is a likely candidate for many reasons.

Well, you've got a bunch of characters who are arguably robots. Then you've got the employees of the company like Bernard, who despite some positive character traits are ultimately mercenaries. Ford isn't really a benevolent creator as his dark sides have started to peek through.

She's good, but so far hasn't been given much to do.

LOST was all about the characters and their relationships. The mysteries of the island were largely Macguffins.

Well, the impact would be pretty tough to measure. I think the most effective political speech by artists is the most oblique… stuff like American Idiot, which is more of a complaint against bigger ideas than one candidate.

Roger and Me was pretty great, and I liked how Bowling for Columbine was honest that gun control isn't by itself a panacea. But Farenheit 9/11 wasn't a good documentary at all, and Sicko really dropped the ball; the cost of health care in the US is a huge problem, but his approach was simplistic and not worth watching.

It used to be my go to airport food, but most airports have added better offerings in recent years.

The Big Mac is arguably the grossest thing on the McDonald's menu. The sauce on it is disgusting. The Quarter Pounder with Cheese is way better. But let's face it, if you're at McDonalds, you're there for either all day breakfast or deep fried food. So the correct order is Chicken McNuggets and French Fries.

"They ruled his death an accident" is a very careful statement that can be true and yet far from the complete truth.

The ending cancelled William as the MIB, as it had "present" Dolores encounter William.

I was reading up on the passage of time on the show last night, and basically came to the conclusion that what often "feels" like a day to the viewer often probably has a week or more passing in between. Dolores doesn't drop the can every single day, Teddy isn't resurrected from the dead every morning. Each episode of

Strongly doubt the Man in Black is Arnold. I'm leaning towards Arnold being the architect of the Maze. I also am 50-50 on Arnold actually being dead, he likely is hiding at the center of the maze.

She exists to be raped OR clumsily seduced. Note that her interaction with Will when he picked up the fallen can was clearly proposing a "romance" storyline to him, one where he presumably would save her from the bandits and get the girl in the end.

Well, his Reddit history does seem to explain why he's undecided. He clearly doesn't fit well into Trump or Hillary's camps but doesn't seem quite looney enough to commit to Johnson.

In slow-mo, then fast-mo?
