It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't picked 50% of the time when I play online with strangers.

Even the original Super Mario Bros? I liked the water levels!

It's funny, as a kid, with a Nintendo Power supplied map of Level 2, it wasn't hard at all.

Disagree completely. I actually played Blitzball for several days, basically forgetting I had a FF game I was supposed to be playing.

Specifically, the second hover bike segment. The first hover bike level is tough but feels "fair"… with practice you can get it, plus you only have to play through one very easy level to get to it. But the second? Way too hard.

I watched the Director's Cut of Donnie Darko and it sort of ruined Donnie Darko for me. Like, let's take all the ambiguity and mystery out of the movie and replace it with (stupid) explanations.

I'm still waiting for a funny Right-of-Center political pundit to emerge.

Well, that and Ramsay's sadism overrides his self interest.

That's not really how GoT rolls. See Joffrey. Although I guess Tywin Lannister was more the type of villian you love to hate, and depending on your feelings about him, Petyr Baelish might fit that mold too.

Wait… Book Stannis has fans?

Indeed, given time constraints of the show, they're clearly cutting all the scenes where Tormund bickers with Jon Snow's plans before reluctantly going along with him.

Tormund smitten with Brienne was probably my favorite little touch of the episode. It's totally reasonable that to the Wildlings, who want their women strong and able to fight, she'd basically be a pin-up dream to him.

There was a whole series where they analyzed failures and categorized them as Flops, Fiascos or Secret Successes.

Super Troopers is better the second time. I remember the first time (sober) thinking the plot was asinine and only some of the jokes were funny.

You might not hate it if you rent the disc with tempered expectations.

The first book is not the best of them.

I'm a scientist, and I had a really hard time with the scientist turning into a bad guy, even though it's the whole point of the show.

Yeah, I feel like it's a solid B+ film that falls short of the original and gets undeserved hate.

It's a film that didn't age well

I agree with this article on Kid A. I have nothing against Radiohead, but people in my demographic seem to love them way more than I can justify.
