Littlefinger also has very little to lose. He doesn't have heirs to protect.

Well, I'm being generous since I haven't seen what the show is going to do with the Ironborn yet.

I think the implication was the guards ultimately weren't really on Doran's side and favored a more hawkish stance.

Wait… Stannis is a fan-favorite???

Or the Ironborn, for better or worse.

I personally found Poe to be the least interesting character, and Rey to be the most interesting. I'm very on the fence about Ben Solo. I was glad I was able to get past "Hey, that's Adam from Girls" pretty quickly, which is a credit to his acting talents. I get that he's supposed to be a little bit whiny and driven

I laughed out loud quite a few times. It's a solid start with a strong cast. I'm not sure I like the protagonist that much, but I get that he's the straight man surrounded by a zany cast.

But wasn't she working there two weeks? If she gets paid twice a month (most corporate gigs follow this schedule), she's basically making perhaps $5000 a month. $30 an hour or so? Ok, that's actually pretty decent money for a single person.

UPS delivery people do a lot of walking. It's one of those jobs often held by young, fit people.

I get a sense of schadenfreude from Girls.

Hannah is so unprofessional and self-obsessed she interrupts a short interview to take a call from her boyfriend

I suppose they're basically trying to say that Hannah dresses poorly because she has no money, although I'm not sure how that excuses her season 1 wardrobe, which presumably was funded by her parents.

To be fair, Adam has no friends.

It was a really boring story that only attractive people with some level of celebrity/status are allowed to get away telling.

I don't think he was demanding official girlfriend status as much as pointing out the elephant in the room. He wants a girlfriend, and Marnie isn't a good fit for that role.

Huh. I actually really liked this episode. I feel like the show has been consistent with Marnie's singing; she has some talent, but she has no clue how to use it appropriately, and really needs some sort of mentor or sphere to hone her craft.

"I liked “Free Snacks” for the way it made me feel very, very old."

I liked Weekend at Bernies, and Hollywood has a long history of shady accounting practices to make films that were in fact profitable look like losers to avoid paying back end profits to creators.

The first Mega Man game was extremely difficult compared to Mega Man 2. I say this as a child who played Mega Man 2 first and was able to beat it without too much trouble, rented Mega Man 1 and threw the controller in disgust.

The Natalia scene definitely felt like a final statement by the production team that "Adam was sexually selfish and a little gross but what he did was NOT rape."
