meh, actual vball isnt as fun to watch as beach. too many people just standing around while they set the outside hitter. at least with beach, everyone on the court is getting touches on both defense and offense.

divisions aside from sex would be ridiculous to have. people want to see THE fastest person. not the fastest at a certain weight or height.
your definition of what gorgeous/beautiful definitely doesnt fit the mold of what they think it is and im definitely sure they are admired for their skills, just not their looks. which doesnt matter at all. why the hell would they care if they are about to win a medal.
if it helps at all, most men that are not professionals usually play without a shirt. plop yourself down on a beach and enjoy the show.

different body types and shapes need different types of uniforms for them to excel. for a guy, shorts is best considering they are probably wearing compression shorts(spandex) underneath. for a woman, who is one of the top athletes in such a demanding sport like beach vball, a bikini is most efficient.
also, on another note, to say that most straight men cant honestly say they watch beach volleyball because of the sport is quite bigoted.
as a beach volleyball player, i think wearing a bikini actually does help women. comfort level in them is just higher cause sand wont be really stuck anywhere. if girls wore indoor vball spandex shorts, sand can actually get stuck between the spandex and skin. shorts can also bunch at the thighs alot to compound it.…
