I still very much like the Clerks movies (yes, both of them) but Kevin has off and on discussed doing Clerks on the stage (I believed it was one of the rights he solely retained from Miramax which he didn’t even know about until Bob Weinstein let him know). I think that could work pretty well.

I am very open to more Fargo type shows that are simply anthology style homages to various auteur styles. Bring on the Carpenter one.

I don’t really get it. 9 grand is nothing to sniff at but seems like small fish for this show. I see Mike turning it down.

Howard was the messenger for Chuck’s interoffice powerplays, and for awhile, they didn’t know it. I forget if it was revealed to them or just the audience.

No, I knew. There was a newspaper clipping last season that proved it. It wasn’t super explicit though. Just one of those Venture things that really sells the interconnectedness of it all that you never really expect the to follow up on.

The cumbersomeness was the joke, but I think its a little worn out now. She’s not arching as Monarch’s #2 anymore. She is strictly admin now. If trends are to continue, she’d change up her name again since she has changed every time her job has.

Oh yea, I forgot the lair was “missing” all of a sudden

I know her name’s Sheila, but is Ms. Councilwoman going to stick as a new name? Or like Dr. Chairperson or something?

I’ve been to some. I was from a city with a lot going on. The cops just tried to “keep the peace.” Just keep it down and we’ll all get along kind of stuff. Like the first episode when the cop shown the light on the partying kids and basically said “Alright, time’s up. You’ve had your fun, but enough’s enough” And the

I was really into this episode until the credits started rolling and I realized, “Oh, that’s it?”

Everyonce in awhile I’ll throw on the WTC trailer on youtube.

I doubt there is a mandate against it. Kevin Fiege worked on it (imdb says he is uncredited, but he has credits for all surrounding Marvel flicks including Spider-Man 2)

I have a lot to say about Spider-Man 2. Very little of it positive. I like their intention in this scene. Although I think they did it better in this one, when the citizens throw stuff off the bridge at Green Goblin

The excuse was something along the lines of how can a poor teenager make something that our big studio budget prop master couldn’t. I accept it for its relative ease of explanation/streamlining the concepts that happens in adaptations.

There’s definitely some quipping. It’s not a lot, but it is there. It could be better.

Of all the spinoffs, I honestly think Silver Sable makes the most sense as a property you would go for.

Even if Venom doesn’t do well, I think there is definitely still enough incentive to do another spinoff.

I thought the Pastor fell while searching for Henry.

Definitely the younger Culkin.

I don’t think he really believes she can.
