I didn’t reply to a comment with a link in it. So I don’t know what your talking about. But Seinfeld and others absolutely paint it that way. And what Rock said isn’t that much better. The audience hasn’t changed. There has always been that one person who is too close to a subject matter to feel like laughing about it

Nope, still on you if you fail to make a room full of people laugh. Any room. Not just college kids

And in any other room, if they didn’t get a laugh, they’d go back to the drawing board and work on it until it got one. But now, the audience is just refusing to laugh rather than not finding it funny? That’s a joke in and of itself.

If it turns out to be the movie everyone thinks it will be, then it is exactly what those people wanted to see out of The Last Jedi. Fan-service that proves all the things they have guessed.

I’m not expecting first time meetings with Lando, Jabba, Greedo, or Boba. Maybe one or two of them, but not all of them. I’m thinking there will already be history with a lot of these characters and this movie will be about bridge burning.

And has a movie coming out about how noble newspapers can be.

What an amazing quote in that article. “Do I know 100% she knew? No! But she definitely probably was delivering these girls as a sacrifice.”

I didn’t love it, mostly because Ansel Elgort is to me what Miles Teller seems to be to everyone else, but there’s definitely more to it than just a good soundtrack.

Amazon says that’s out of stock FYI.

Wonder Woman is not standalone

I’m fine with standalones. I’m fine with a shared universe. But you gotta pick one man!
