Because firstly, you have NO idea how somebody got his info. If anything, the FBI is REALLY monitoring the Sony info, and every major credit card provider has come out and said there has been ZERO reason to believe any of it was used.

Sony is in all likelihood is taking a loss on the PSV. Whereas Nintendo is probably taking a massive profit on the 3DS.
