I highly recommend the Complete version on PSP.

Each block costs 11 cents. Characters like Rydia and Rosa have 300+ blocks to them. But there is a lot of waste blocks as well, that are over or undersized. So it takes me about 400 blocks to build a characters. Plus paint and whatnot, and about 7-10 hours or labor per the smaller characters.
