This is both a good joke and a sad view into the rationalization of millions of Republicans circa 6-9 months ago.

In fairness, who could have predicted that removing the people willing to do the shittiest jobs for the shittiest pay would negatively affect the economy?

He is a member of the media who people take seriously. I dont care what title you give him.

If you do not believe that reporters should strive for factual accuracy over perpetuating narratives, thats fine. I do.

2017-Oct 2020: “lol the green party what a joke. Only idiots would vote for them.”

Its because Cilliza and his ilk are on a network that most of the nation thinks is liberal, but all he does is play the “aw shucks, both sides do it” pundit. Guys like Cilliza will repeatedly ignore how scummy the Republican party rutinely is to continue the narrative of horserace politics. He treats politics like a

The GOP has been passing harmful legislation through attrition for decades now. Getting rid of Obamacare might have been the long con all along...

If the Democrats and Hillary had a message it was basically “more of the same”. While 4 more years of a mirrored Obama presidency sounds good now, its not a winning message. Undcided voters and moderates(people who actually swing national elections) are genrally pretty uniformed so whatever message gets people excited

Let me translate from white-entitledese to English:

I only play LoL but ive rarely seen people singling out girl teammates, although it is much harder to tell in LoL bc there is no in game mic. Sure, it happens. Ive duod with girls many times and its always been pretty rare.

The gaming community is just toxic af. I dont play OW, but i play LoL a lot and its exactly the same except for the voice chat. People tilt over nothing, spamming chat hating on teammates, racism, you name it really. Even in non ranked games you get this kind of stuff.

Helping the poor in any way is socialism and we cant have that in America because reasons...

*quietly sharpens guillotine*

Im with you 100% on this one, pal.

The only way you can really justify voting for a bill like that is if you literally cant pay for it and you have to cut costs. The GOP is doing it so rich people can pay less taxes, which is about the least noble cause...

Politics is a game to most of these people, even their supporters. Its why the GOPers in the House chanting “we’re number 1" after voting for a bill that would kick 20+ million off of Healthcare. Anyone who would do that is a fucking scumbag.

Americas worship of the free market is a disease on society right up there with our institutional racism. FWIW, i have no interest on ranking these problems; they are both terrible aspects of our society.

More depressing: hes not alone in thinking that, its just the rest of the far right nut jobs are too spineless to stand up to the GOP establishment.

Regardless of the outcome, its extremely depressing that our legislative branch as a whole is about 50/50 on whether or not cutting healthcare coverage for 20+ million people in exchange for a tax break on the rich is a good idea. Especially given the current levels of income inequality we currently have in this

This is the one and only time ill dignify this garbage with a response.
