Don't forget velvet.
LTK was missing two important elements in a Bond movie. The obvious one was the lack of cool cars. But the second one is that it came out in the height of the AIDS epidemic when the Surgeon General of the U.S./Amish Grandfather, C. Everett Koop had us all scared that if we kissed anyone outside of marriage we would…
"Strangely enough, the Northrop YA-9 would have large similarities to the Soviet designed SU-25."
Here's the reason I switched from C&D to Automobile. I miss D.E.D.
Haven't heard this in over 30 years. Thanks. I wonder what Mr. McQueen though of that car?

I was at an airshow outside MCI last year when this F7 Tigercat flew over. I've heard the roar of radials from DC-3's and B-17's before. But to hear the higher pitch of these twin radials on (very) low pass over the airport was incredible.
I would love to see a remake of "The Shootist" with Duvall in the lead role. John Wayne was an icon, but think what an actor of Duval's quality could do with the character of JB Brooks?
If you are buying either car to pick up women, think about this. As expensive the 360 will be in repairs, the women that will recognize the Prancing Horse will assume the driver has the bank to go with the car and expect to be treated thusly. And they don't make a warranty for women
Not reported by TMZ yet is that Tom Higgins and Ray Donovan paid a visit to David Sterling the night before at his house for dinner.
I remember back in the 80's an undercover cop in Miami seized a black Daytona. On a deal that went bad it was blown up by an RPG. His boss found him a white Testarossa to drive after that for a few more years. But it was never the same after the Daytona was gone. Wonder what happened to that cop and his car?
Hearing all the talk about the switching from guns to missiles reminds me of the F4 Phantom when it first came out. They were advertised as the plane of the future and there was no need for a gun, only missiles. Well, that didn't work out so well in Vietnam did it? It amazes me how often we repeat our mistakes. When…
Shepard became a millionaire from real estate deals in the Houston area while he was grounded. To his credit, he never admitted what type of golf ball he used. Imagine the commercials (And bank) he could have made after coming back to earth.
Shepard's and Grissom's capsules did not have windows for them to look out of. Shepard did not remove the filter on his periscope during the flight and only saw images in black and white. It wasn't until his Apollo 14 flight that he saw the view from space in color.
Had this exact color APV. My wife wanted a mini van and picked this over a Previa. If you left something on the dash, you would need to rent a cherry picker to retrieve it. best day of my marriage was when we traded it for a black with tan leather Crown Vic.
