Most of my new mom friends I have cooked big pot meals for them: lasagna, timbales, and soups. Stuff to freeze /stuff that re-heats easily. Or eaten cold over the sink. They can't even find time to wash their hair; so who's going to cook dinner?

Anyone have any advice on how to let go a bit and relax?
