This.....Did not age well.

Erana’s Peace was much nicer than all these dusky basements and whatnot.

Zack’s review says there isn’t much to William’s character, but I always think of him as a gamer. He’s spent 30 years playing Westworld, completing all of the little side quests, and collecting inventory.

This doesn’t have much to do with this episode but it amuses me how Maeve and Dolores are lowkey Charles Xavier and Magneto at this point

This post is factually incorrect. In the iniial controversy he blogged about an *ex* that miscarried and even said it was for the best because it was a bad relationship and he was able to leave it.

Drake surprisingly came back with a solidly written diss track - but “freestyle”? yeah right.

Star Baby would have a long and illustrious career in genre movies.

Not to burst the savings bubble or anything but the answer to the first question on Amazon of “why is it so expensive” explains why $140 is not, in fact, a “deal”.

What’s really sad is slagging on someone who’s just doing their job. No one is awarding you cool points for being a knob on the internet.

The first thing this topic made me think of? Brak, on 1998's Space Ghost’s Surf N’ Turf, on the sequential tracks Front Door/Backside and Brak Can’t Stop Laughing. The first track is a bizarrely straight little piece of country misery, but the second track is the exact same song, but catches Andy Merrill with a case

But it was pretty evident in season 1 that he’s “just” a shareholder, not management. He exploits his position to have preferential access, but he’s not part of the inner machinations (remember Stubbs had to tell the other security guys to let him do whatever he wanted, but they weren’t aware he was Delos, he didn’t

Christ, what an asshole.

But this flirtation with the hard-right is exhausting and depressing, and I do not want to have to make excuses for it.

You can’t just use “intelligent” as a synonym for “good” in every regard. His beats are good to excellent and often wildly imaginative, but “intelligent” doesn’t come into it.

Par for the course for how terrible of a scifi genre reviewer Zack is. Ugh.....

if you look off into the distance your eye merges them together into an actor with more than 1 dimension.

You know what? Let’s just rewatch Party Down.

It was clearly completely a money driven decision. His contract being renewed just as he turns 18 probably would have meant a huge salary jump. They’re notoriously cheap. Also read that his dad is a terrible stage parent (idk if that’s relevant).

I guess you'd be the expert on whether something is pretentious or not.
