Aside from the nonproductive use of one’s time and truck, stuffing $5.50/gallon fuel into a 6-mpg vehicle sounds like an expensive form of free speech. “Follow the money,” catchphrase of a previous journalistic investigation of some note in the DC area, would serve this one well.
