What Ralph talks about a car that people have wanted in Forza for a long time, it's the Metro. If you've ever come over to the forums and seen the car wishlist threads the Metro 6r4 is always there and I'm happy that now it is.

Are you playing it on 360 or something? If you're on Xbox One, then there's pretty much no walls except for peoples houses/gardens and sometimes coming into a new town/city.

I would like to know too. Xbox One user myself here and I have not ran into any problem.
