My wrx on a good day can only average 27 on a best case mostly highway scenario.

That seems mostly tied to the grade warning, not really an issue for as far as I know any car or even brodozer?

The amount of trucks and other “offroad” vehicles I cruise by when we get significant snowfall is amusing. WRX + snow tires + its simple but predictable awd system is pure comedy. 

and if sales plummet so too then would prices yeah?

My buddy finally had to let his old school Blazer go. it was the ZR2 two door, but I forget the year. Thing was just an absolute UNIT. I loved that car. Not sure I could have lived with it as a daily though like he did.
