The problem is, there is to my knowledge not a work around for that with just OLED as a technology at all. 

That’s the problem with this assumption being most people wouldn’t drive them equal amounts. The guys with both that I know if they just need to go somewhere solely use the car unless needing the capabilities of a truck.

OLED in a car? One that will be subjected to VERY high heat inside a cabin when parked? Plus intense UV and direct sunlight.
