Hit up your local car specific enthusiast forum or facebook group.   Most will know a shop that tends to specialize in your particular car that isnt a dealership. 

Then throw in specific stuff like apple products among others that are almost never discounted for the most part and are price fixed between all retailers.

Should always opt for the premium on the wrx with the all weather package anyway.
